Cloud Break Effect
- Create a new picture around 500 x 500 px
- You should have the default black foreground and white background colors selected
- Filter > Render > Clouds
- Filter > Render > Difference Clouds
- Repeat the last step 3-4 more times
- Image > Adjustments > Levels: Move the white arrow in the middle towards the left and move the black arrow just a little bit to the right to create a sense of depth in the picture
- Filter > Stylize > Extrude: Type = Blocks, Size = 2 px, Depth = 50 + Level Based, Solid Font Faces
- CTRL + I to Invert
- Duplicate the layer
- Filter > Blur > Radial Blur: 5-10, Blur Method = Zoom, Quality = Good
- Add a Layer Mask
- Gradient Tool: Radial Gradient, Mode = Difference, Opacity 100%, Reverse, Dither, and Transparency should be ticked
- Click in the middle of the picture and drag towards to the top right corner
- Select the previous layer
- Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation: Check Colorize and pick your color
