Half Sketch Effect

1. Open up your image
2. If it is NOT a grayscale (black & white) image then go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate
3. Duplicate the layer
4. Image > Adjustments > Invert
5. Change the Blending Mode to Color Dodge
6. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur: Radius will be determined by your image. Around 20-50 px should do the trick though
7. Select the Rectangular Marquee Tool
8. At the top toolbar, look for the Feather Setting and change it to 20 px
9. Select half of the image and hit Delete
10. CTRL + D to deselect
